Victorio Mattarozzi
Finanças Sustentáveis Managing Partner.
Bachelor in Accountancy with Specializations in Finance and in Environmental Management and Master in Environmental Health.
He was Unibanco bank (now Itaú-Unibanco) Corporate Credit superintendent, where, in 2002, he also took over the coordination of the bank's Environmental and Social Management System.
He took the training course and holds a Certificate from the International Finance Corporation in its social and environmental guidelines (Miami - USA);
At Unibanco (now Itaú-Unibanco), he also worked in the Capital Markets and in the Investment Analysis departments.
Prior to founding the Finanças Sustentáveis consulting firm, he was manager of the Eco-Finance Program at Amigos da Terra - Amazônia Brasileira and worked at BankTrack (Utrecht - Holland), in both those non-governmental organizations he carried out works aimed at improving sustainable business practices.
He was professor of the specializantion courses on tre environmental field at SENAC - Centro Universitário de Sao Paulo.

José Luis de Almeida
Finanças Sustentáveis Partner.
Bachelor in Civil Engineering and Architecture and Master in Business Administration from FGV - Fundacao Getulio Vargas de Sao Paulo Business School.
Specialist in Geographic Information Systems, he is graduated in the Course 'Development and Management of Cadastral and Land Information Systems'  sponsored by Swedsurvey - Swedish Board for Real Estate Data and BITS - Swedish Board for Investment and Technical Support (Gävle - Sweden).
He works in the preparation of Population Studies and on Environmental Impacts Studies related to the construction of large sanitation, industrial infrastructure and housing projects.
Since 2003 he is the manager of the Land Ownership and Real Estate Appraisal Department at Companhia  de Desenvolvimento Habitacional e Urbano do Estado de Sao Paulo (the urban development company of the State of São Paulo), where he  works in the prospection, analysis and selection of real estate for social housing.
He owns experience in the folowing areas: ​​land owership regularization, licensing of infrastructure, large housing, and urbanization of irregular settlements projects.




Marcelo Sathler
Finanças Sustentáveis Partner.
Bachelor in Biological Sciences from the University of Vila Velha and Master in Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Development from the Escola Superior de Conservação Ambiental e Sustentabilidade - ESCAS.
Member of the Socio-environmental Technical Consultancy team responsible for the diagnosis of water resources in the municipalities affected by the Vale dam failure in Brumadinho.
He was coordinator at University of Vila Velha Center for Urban and Socio-Environmental Studies, being responsible for the teams on biodiversity and memoirs issues.
He was project coordionator at RENCTAS - Rede Nacional de Combate ao Tráfico de Animais Silvestres – RENCTAS (a Brazilian organization network to combat wild animal trafficking).
He worked as a researcher for the Concessionaria Rodosol (a highway private concessionaire),  reporting study about the highway impact on the local fauna.
He also worked at CEREIAS - Centro de Triagem de Animais Silvestres do Espírito Santo, a non-profit organization dedicated to release wild animals held in captivity (a joint initiative of the  IBAMA - Instituto Brasileiro de Meio Ambiente e dos Recursos Naturais Renováveis and the University of Vila Velha).
